My role model would have to be Eminem. Did you ever here that saying, "An African American coming out on top of a white persons territory"? Well I think that's how it went. That's exactly what Eminem did only he's white and went to the top of a African American man's territory. You see he is a white rap artist but almost every major rap star is an African American. I want to be a rapper but I could never do it because I feel that African Americans do it the best and they make it sound the best but Eminem managed to make his work sound just as good as theirs. He started out with a group named D 12. This group really had to work hard to make it big. That's why I admire Eminem because he made it first and now the rest of the group is moving up. He just reunited with D 12 and he produced an album with them. Now, if you listen to his lyrics you might not think he is the best person to have as a role model but his lyrics are not why I chose him. The reason I chose him was because he had to work hard to get where he is now and I admire that most about him.
