Animation seems to be the new modern wave, and this movie was an excellent example of our future technological possibilities. The animation process takes months, even years to create an hour of film, so we can congratulate the director Larry Bafia and his crew of animators for a job well done.
With the voice of Mike Mayers as Shrek and Eddie Murphy as his sidekick donkey, this movie knocked the socks off of all who viewed it. Most people felt that because it was a cartoon type film, that it was going to be for the youngsters, but it was full of things for the whole family. It taught a lesson of love and trust to the little ones who admire it, as well as making the older audience chuckle at some mature jokes.
I personally admired all of the people who made this movie because of the attitude that was given to each character. A wild combination with a twist at the end. If you haven't seen this movie, I suggest you go out and see what the world of technology has created this year. Hey, you just might be surprised at the end!

On Monday I went to see Fast and the Furious. I thought that it was a great movie. I don't want to give away the whole movie, but I can tell you some things.  The cars were so hot, the best I have ever seen. The main characters first car wasn't good enough to compete with the rest because it topped out at 140 MPH. His need for speed was a result of a need for acceptance by the street racers click. The thing that I thought was interesting was the fact that they only had one real major race on the streets, but then again the whole movie was a race in that there was a rush to discover everyone's secrets. There was so much action, I don't remember blinking through most of the movie. The plot of this movie was just as strong as the power behind those  nitrous powered engines. I would definitely recommend this movie to mature audience's only. It may seem like a muscle movie, but I think some girls will like it too.

In the move Tomb Raider, Angelina Jolie is the actress that can do anything. To me, I discovered over the years that she is one of my role models. She is a great actress and to me she was the perfect person for the movie. Angelina is a high quality actress in my eyes. Compared to all of the movies I have seen recently, In my perspective the movie Tomb Raider was very well thought out, it just needed more action and fighting scenes.
The movie took place around her large house in which she finds a clock in this room and it turns out to be a piece to a puzzle that is suppose to turn back time. Throughout the movie she was trying to find the other pieces to the puzzle. My favorite part is the end but you'll have to see it to find out.
